Scott Wallace is a native Texan who grew up just outside of Dallas in the community of Terrell. No stranger to the outdoors, Scott was raised on Ranch-living values that molded him into a hard worker and a Patriot. After High School, he answered the call to serve this country by joining the Texas Army National Guard as an Infantryman. Following the 9/11 attacks, he was deployed to Dyess AFB in Abilene and would go on to Kosovo for a 1 year tour.
When Scott returned home to the United States, he again answered the call to help and serve his community again. It was then that he began a decorated career in Law Enforcement, serving the Dallas County Sheriff’s department for over 11 years.
Pursuing a new direction, Scott began his career in real estate. What started out as an interest, soon turned into a passion as he quickly learned what it takes to help his clients effectively secure the perfect home.
Scott calls on his life experiences to deliver exceptional customer service and an unmatched work ethic. His passion for the outdoors and recreational living, along with his knowledge of the area, will provide his customers with a dynamic resource as they find their new dream home.
Scott, his wife Michelle of 12 years, and 3 Children reside in Hickory Creek, Texas. Passionate about fishing, camping, sports, and coaching – Scott and his family live an active lifestyle and are continually proactive in their community.
Being a Disabled Veteran himself, Scott understands the process of the VA home loan. Christy Sanchez was born and raised in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Her grandfather’s on both sides being Army veterans, she was raised on hard work and dedication.
Upon graduating from High School, she joined the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller, which brought her to Texas.She went on to Shepard AFB in Wichita Falls and Dyess AFB in Abilene where she finished out her 4 year commitment to serve.
Now, as a real estate agent and member of the Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Christy is dedicated to serving her clients through her own continuing education, commitment to her clients, and her down to earth approach to educating each of her clients on the home buying process.
She believes integrity and communication are key to a successful client/agent relationship. She is familiar with current market conditions, home sales, and real estate opportunities. As a veteran and home owner, she understands the process of the VA home loan and her goal is to help you navigate the real estate process while working to ensure that your transaction is timely and fair. She will be your advocate and partner with you every step of the way, from listing to closing.
Christy has been married to her husband, a disabled vet and first responder, for 19 years. They have 4 children and are happy to now call Texas home. She and her family have also been active in their local community and state by campaigning for a local representative and lobbying to state and local representatives at the Capitol building in Austin.Whether it’s getting you the best price for your home or finding you the home of your dreams, Christy is the agent who will work tirelessly to get you there!
